ANDREA MURRAY-SLINN
A Canadian of Irish and Dutch descent, Andrea moved to Asia to work as a fashion model at 18 years of age. Her work eventually brought her to Europe, where she joined the Formula One circus and travelled around the globe. After a number of years of being based between England and Monaco, Murray-Slinn moved to New York City, to study photography at Parsons School of Design. After receiving her degree, Andrea worked at the U.S. edition of Harper’s Bazaar magazine, first as an intern in the art department and then later hired, as an associate bookings editor.
Andrea also worked as a travel, portrait and event photographer in New York, Toronto, Sydney and London. Working for clients such as Conde Nast Traveller, Hugo Boss, Alfred Dunhill and Purple PR. Andrea joined REUTERS as a photo editor and then the Associated Press news agency in London. In 2021, Murray-Slinn moved with her husband and two daughters to a Swiss village, near Zurich and has started photography consulting for private clients in Switzerland and the U.K.
